Return And Exchange Policy

We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. We offer in store pickups to our customers who live or are in the Maryland area and would like to pick up their items instead. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Fabulousfit Boutique. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Fabulousfit  Boutique. Furthermore, Fabulousfit Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
